If anyone believes that these long, accurate passes by goalies are simply luck should watch them warm-up. I watched Manuel Neuer before a Bayern Munich game and he kicked the ball consistently with marvellous precision over 50, 60m as part of his warm-up routine. The receiving player did not adjust his position in order to receive the ball, they were all on target. These guys are really, really good.
People dont realise how important that Alisson goal was. Liverpool qualified for UCL cause of that goal and went on to reach the finals. That goal provided the belief to the whole team and entire fanbase.
