Has anyone used the Eprosoke Training Program to improve your soccer technique? Simply just do a google search. On there you will discover that an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can improve your soccer skills. Why don't you give it a shot? perhaps it is going to work for you too.
iam not sure why you would practice punching when you could just catch it???
