You know but looking at his great record, and his ability to work well with players. You know and to do well at so many teams in our country, at club level and abroad and his ability to improve players. You know plus the fact that he knows, and understands our South African football. You know I don't think he will be in a 🥶 cold situation, I know very well that he took his time. You know to our national team players, doing thier duties in thier respective departments under coach Hugo Bruce. Meaning he goes to our national team with a clear understanding, and a great plan on what needs to be done to improve our national team. Helman Mkhelele would have been a better choice. The first match Bafana won during Broos' coaching time was when Hugo had COVID and Helman had to take charge. He is quite but he is a master. I hate that he was overlooked just because he is not a loud mouth. He would have been perfect because he would has been working with Hugo this whole time. Even Hugo wanted him as his first choice. But I wish Pitso well.

Pitso Mosimane is the best candidate for the position as of now. But with the way things are looking, we might not get him.
The reason why Pisto hasn't taken the job is because they don't want to give him a good contract. They were paying Hugo R1.5M, but they want to give Mosimane R416K (Which is not even a third of what Broos was getting paid) 😑.
So, if SAFA doesn't want to budge, we can forget about getting Mosimane to manage Bafana 🫠😅.
