  2. Thatโ€™s a great dad and coach. Manโ€™s doing several roles. As Iโ€™ve gotten older I realize that these colleges kids are literally big kids. Coaches like this are a God send

  5. Great coaching. Thatโ€™s how you communicate in the heat of battle. To many times in life in these heat of battle moments (work, school, wife/husband they can happen anywhere!) communication and tone gets lost. We start insulting one another instead of informing one another.

  6. Every person is different. Some people need to be screamed at and reamed, some just need to be talked to. A great coach can tell the difference.

  7. This is what great coaching looks like. You canโ€™t always treat everyone the same wayโ€ฆ different people respond differently across a diverse range of communication methods. Understanding how to best communicate to individual athletes is the most effective way to get the very best out of each one of them

  8. Have some classic coach said but he said don't celebrate with the other team but have some class I think having class means to celebrate with the other team not to just celebrate with your team I think the coach needs to learn some f**** class
