cool. anyway heres a brownie recipe
115 g (½ cup) butter
• 200 g (1 cup) sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 40 g (⅓ cup) cocoa powder
• 65 g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• Optional: chocolate chips or nuts
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Line or grease a baking pan.
2. Melt butter in a bowl (microwave or stovetop).
3. Mix in sugar, then add eggs one at a time.
Stir in vanilla.
4. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
Mix just until combined (don’t overmix!).
5. Fold in extras if using.
6. Pour into pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake 20–25 minutes
A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Cool, cut, and enjoy 😋
Tips
• Want fudgy brownies? Bake closer to 20 min.
• Want cakey brownies? Bake closer to 25–28 min.
