  1. Pointless… warmup was fine. These movements would be fine as a middle of the season training session. But this is a don’t get the athlete hurt kinda gym session. Kids if you are in high school you need to train a lift heavy weight and practice your sport. 15lb jump squats won’t do anything but get you a little sweaty
