With only money as a draw and no Champions League, no history or tradition, no proper league system, the NWSL will become the same as the MLS for European top players: a retirement league.

Mostly a starting eleven of Chelsea vs a mostly reserve team of Gotham. Seven normal starters not in the game to start. One of the seven eventually got into the game, AKB. Would be interested to see Chelsea vs a Gotham with Lavelle, Niswonger, Dunn, Williams, just to name a few. But, hey….congrats Chelsea.
