The guy is funny, but he overreacted. It’s common to make confusions between people with the same surname. It probably happens all the time and it gets on his nerves. Although Andre Onana is not the most brilliant goalkeeper, it is not an offense to be mistaken for him. Anyway, football clubs get much revenue from TV rights, so he should respect journalists. Some other athletes are have much lower earnings because they have less media exposure. That’s why footballers earn so much

It always feels weird when I hear/see people conflating the ability to speak English with an accent and intelligence. Not to say Onana isn't intelligent of course.

He's only just joined the team and from some inside murmurs I've heard he's already in with the squad like he's always been there.
As every week goes by, his chemistry with all those around him (basically the 10 other players for villa) will improve. Could he be the next Pirlo? Orchestrating the entire game from the centre circle?

I like this guy. Got a good head on his shoulders too by the sounds of it. I'm always really impressed when people can speak more than two languages. More than one is already impressive.

You can see he really appreciated being spoken to as a person and not like an object as most interviewers would. Man with hobbies outside of his job is happy and fulfilled. He may have bad days at the office but he’ll be okay. A man without a hobby has bad days and nothing to release the tension
