  1. This is possibly the worst call in the history of sports…Absolutely a disgrace..How soft has this sport become wow..Unbelievable..Of course a call like that can only happen in the USA…

  2. This is what happens when you put women to referee just because you want to check the liberal box. Ridiculous call by the VAR Tatiana Guzman. The German player was standing his ground and the Gk crashed into him. All players have a right to stand in the box during a corner kick. The lack of knowledge in these comments is crazy. I’m not even German

  3. As an American, who never watches soccer, I am dumbfounded you're even allowed to touch the goalkeeper in anyway – with the rare exception of the goalie and another player both making a play on the ball and the contact is incidental.

  4. When the Uruguayan goalkeeper changed direction, the German player number 3 was already in his way. The German player was not obliged to jump out of the goalkeeper's way. The goalkeeper practically bumped into the German player. The goal was valid! For over 10 years FIFA has been constantly introducing new rules that have practically destroyed the beauty of the football match. The organization of this world championship was also disastrous. The most eloquent example is that of the Iranian national team, which was hosted in Mexico and thus had to waste its time traveling to the USA to play. Organizing the world championship in three different countries is downright ridiculous. But perhaps the USA is such a poor country that it had to appeal to Mexico and Canada for help.

  5. I don’t agree with disallowing that goal, I understand the keeper went down but it was a simple collision not a foul. I’m not a Germany fan but I think this goal being disallowed was a stretch.

  6. For all you Paraguay fanboys out there calling this a foul, this is a Saturday afternoon in the European Leagues. Bunch of silly South American floppers. This is the most corrupt sequence since Man City and their 115 and the Russian and Qatar governments buying a World Cup.

  7. Officiating at the World Cup always favours Spanish Speaking countries. And their players wear down referees with complaints to the point of surrender to them – that even if they score with their hands like Maradona, the referee rules in their favor😃😀
