Most of it is not cheating, it is just fouls, tricks or lack of knowledge about the rules.

The fact many of these are happening while VAR exists makes VAR pointless. And look at how many of these recent ones were in the Premier League. The referees in the Premier League, specially the likes of Anthony Taylor and Michael Oliver, or the entire PGMOL should be investigated. Anthony Taylor is just a bad referee, and Michael Oliver is either gambling on the games through crypto sites, or he's paid off by some rich people through crypto or something, cus the amount if ridiculous calls he makes, both as first referee and as VAR referee is absolutely insane!

I think you've missed the mark on what cheating means in football. Many of the examples you highlighted are actually fair tactical moves that fall within the rules, even if they're too clever for you or the team that you support.
