  1. Hi Coach Rory, my U10 girls team runs into issues where the defence of the other team tend to swarm/cluster around my fullbacks when they get up the pitch. This bunching up is a commonly seen in our rec league and makes it near impossible to find a pass to other girls in the middle. Do you have any suggestions on how to counter this. Thanks.

  2. I practiced these and it went well. But on a full sized pitch I found they lost the ball on the way up the pitch and they became very tired very quickly. Any reason why you are playing on half sized pitch?

  3. Great job Rory, I've been using pattern coreography for more than 10 years and its works very well. What are your views in the transition to 11 v11 and applying the patterns, taking into accound the size of the pitch and the number of players ?
    Cheers

  4. How do you structure your microcycles? For example, if you have only two trainings per week, let`s say Wednesday and Friday. Do you work on building out from the back on Wednesday, and attacking patern on Friday?
