  1. Honest Jamie. He's great. He's part of the European football family. He's even a funny guy. But guys his accent.. Ahah I mean.. Especially for me as a NNES it's simply magical and incomprehensible. Not this time. In This one it's pretty okay!

  2. “Punditry” was only created to keep ex players in a paycheque. Now they are all becoming managers because they don’t want to give up the money lol.

  3. Carragher is a very annoying but very very good pundit. He has great knowledge of the game, thats very clear to me thats why i respect him. I also like his energy/personality. Great guy tbh.
    Manchester United fan.

  4. Before i watch: im sure jamie will be humble and polite, but most of the pundits on tv wait until most people have began to begin to or spout an opinion, once its been tested and is ok, then more and more pundits will agree, until it is accepted. Jamie and several other pundits few and far between are the instigators or minority who actually have an original opinion and dare to say something different

  5. Sky really modernised football coverage in the early 90s. Gray and Keys were well ahead of anything we'd seen before. But, as always, New becomes Old and it was time for a new generation of pundits to come through.

I'll always have great memories of 90s Sky coverage, though.

  6. I don’t think carra is the best of pundits in the sense of commentary, especially when asking someone on “the art of punditry”, however he does make watching games and sky shows much much more enjoyable and entertaining which at the end of the day is one of the main roles as a pundit, and I like how unbiased he is when commentating, unlike certain commentators such as present day Martin tyler and naville, who show no excitement unless it’s a big game or in nevilles case, United, otherwise he sticks to OoOhH’s, however he has made a great addition to the sky team so fair play to him.
