Xabi Alonso RETURNS | Can he FIX Chelsea?

  1. I hope so, but I don't think they have changed. I've been thinking about this since the Alonso appointment. People forget that he's new to football management and his first job was at Leverkusen, a club that has limited resources with average players and a few quality ones. Yes he moved to Madrid, a huge upgrade in terms of stature and quality. However, is it really out of the realm of possibility for Alonso to downgrade and accept the Chelsea job, having managed Leverkusen before?? At the end of the day the present Chelsea is like the Leverkusen of England in terms of player quality, mid table team. I've figured it was not that difficult for blueco to convince him to work with limited resources because he has done it before. And this should worry us because we need better quality and resources. As good as Alonso is, he cannot make a footballer out of Garnacho, he needs to be given better quality than that.

  2. It’s not a surprise denney dissent get punditry at a high level, the guy is dumb. And what do you expect from a bum who thinks he’s as good as Kane as a player πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  3. Chelsea's management looks absolutely stupid! They should have checked before sacking Enzo Maresca and appointing Liam Rosenior as manager on a 6.5-year contract! This is like buying a pig in a poke! Stupid, there doesn't seem to be any proper analysis!

  4. Why aren't these pundits talking facts and all of the in their feelings, the most successful club in last 25 years, we have dipped but why aren't nobody talking about what British government done to us? Give us some grace. We will be back!! mark my words, up you blues πŸ’™

  5. The powers of chelsea still lie with the fans. Not one fan buys into this new model. If chelsea were to continue this model we would have gone with Iraola or Silva but we went with Alonso who just left Real Madrid. A top coach who will build a top team.
