Alot of "big club" fans forget the rest of us don't win very much we remember them forever, or in my case not at all as we haven't won anything in 60 years.
I understand clubs owners putting top 4 above some trophies because of the money being in the CL brings you, but I will never understand a fan who would rather finish 4th than win the FA Cup.

For Leicester, the trophy is more important but for Liverpool the Champions League place is more important (considering they've won bigger trophies recently). Hopefully both clubs can have what they each desire!

You cant win the PL or CL without first finishing in the top 4.

Just crazy end to this season. Chealsea can loose it all. FA, CL and top 4. Liverpool with a amazing comeback. And meltdown for spurs, not only loosing everything, their best players (Kane), but they can actually finish below Arsenal in the last round, with a hard match against Leicester that must win to regain top 4.
Chelsea won FA Cups and League Cup in 1990s. But they are now where they are today because they qualified for the Champions League in early 2000s. Taken over by Roman Abramovic, signed world class managers and players and won the Domestic League multiple times and the Champions League. Not to forget their domination in the FA Cup.
All this was possible because of Top 4 finish and CL football.
I mean Birmingham, Portsmouth and Wigan have also won Domestic Cups recently. But look at their shambolic positions in English football now…
In a few years, Leicester might follow them as well, who knows…
The question should be, would you rather win a historic trophy or get knocked out of the Champions League group stage or R16… because thats basically what awaits them if they finish 4th

As a chelsea fan top 4. Seeing our luck in that competition losing 3 finals in last 5 year it sucks but not losing sleep over it. There a reason loserpool manure have been to finals let alone win it at all in last 4 year even man city.
From the players perspective the trophy is king. But the money from CL means better players and more trophies.

the FA cup is still special, but 4th shouldnt be in champions league at all, the fa cup CHAMPIONS should be in it, i dont even agree with 2nd/3rd place being in there personally, look at the name of the competition, CHAMPIONS league, so i would sooner the league cup CHAMPIONS along with FA cup CHAMPIONS being in there and make the clubs take those competitions more seriously.
only time you get in if 2nd/3rd place is the 1st place in the league wins those cups unless chose the runners up in those cups. or use there head2head in the leagues as the winners maybe to settle that.
They should jut go top 3 and FA cup winners into the Champions League this Year.

It’s a trophy easily. Liecester aren’t in a space to compete in europe yet. Look at what happened with united. Wasn’t ready for the champions league. And got dropped to europa league
