  1. Congratulations 🎉Singapore. The match with China you deserved it. You must be hungry and shut off negative and toxic comments. The toxic might not even come from locals.

Mr coach please don’t wear like after match. You are going Batam or JB.

  2. At least Singapore is coached by someone from East Asian Region. My country's (India) federation thinks Europeans have some magic formula while forgetting Indians can do the same bad job as the current coach from Croatia. Our SAFF region is dog** in football which further adds to the woes.

  3. 1:38 Wait, So before this how have you guys been training? No wonder the performance are always crap! Let see how the lions will perform this time.

  4. Looking at Singapore's past year's performance where they were trounced by Malaysia 7-0 in the Sea Games on 11 May 2023, and similarly trounced again by South Korea 5-0 on 16 Nov 2023 during the World Cup Qualifiers for Asia, Singapore would be doing well not to be whitewashed by China and avoiding another zero.

  5. Ping Pong Olumpics proved effective. Best to replace whole team with new citizens of eg. china with potential for greatness. This is the most efficient way of governancr. To keep them on their toes, there should be punishment if they dont win. If they win, free B&W bungalow stays for certain period of time

  6. Don't day dream lah. China beat Thailand 2-1 in Bangkok. U can't even beat Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea. Cambodia recently naturalize some foreign players. I think u can't even beat Cambodia now

  7. As long as they keep fighting till the final whistle with professionalism, passion, drive and having good sportsmanship, I am sure Singaporeans would be happy and Singapore would be proud of them!

  8. It doesn't matter who the new football coach is. The Singapore 🇸🇬 team will be forever mediocre.
The team has too many Chinese who can't even run.

  9. In Singapore, the widespread habit of sending children to tutoring classes after school creates a significant hurdle for nurturing football talent. This deeply rooted tradition presents a tough challenge: How can Singapore overcome this barrier and propel its national soccer team toward qualifying for the World Cup?

  10. “In that respect, it is understandable that the narrative for the project is shifting.”
Scepticism of the project prevails online as netizens think it is too lofty a goal and that Singapore should start by aiming a little lower and qualify for regional sporting events first, such as the SEA Games.

  11. “Unfortunately, having a target like Goal 2034 which steers the public to think that we will actually make it to the World Cup may be detrimental to the sport when it fails to get anywhere close,” he explained.
