Had to watch this as a palate cleansing. Llyod and Wambach were leaders. The commanded respect on and off the field.
Not making a comment on anything or anyone in specific, but the USWNT doesn't have a leader right now that can put their ego aside for the team.

If they win another in 23 won’t be as impactful as 15 this year is where pretty much decent amount usa viewers paid attention for the first time because will never do any thing in men’s side at this rate maybe 26 but winning in 2015 was definitely different then 2019 for how much of impact it had for United states youth in soccer after the USA men’s losing against portugal we needed something to happen and the ladies delivered a much needed World Cup since 1999 I just don’t think 23 will matter as much if they win it

Oh, wow, that was incredible, way to go, Lloyd! I didn't follow the 2015 soccer cup, but now I want to see their games. I watched 2019 all the way, and had such a good time, it totally got me hooked on womens soccer now. Thank you, USA for being such great, fun players inside and out!
