  2. Great training. I noticed that you have a certain tic. Before you do the feint, you always leave right foot on the ground. I think it slows you down and your shoes doesn't love this ๐Ÿค“

  3. Cone drills give instant feedback.
    If you take a bad touch and mess up, the cones show you immediately that your control wasnโ€™t good enough.
    That feedback tells you: โ€œYou need to improve your touches.โ€
    So you go back and train to improve those touches.

    Thatโ€™s it. Nothing extra. No examples. No confusion.

Hey Michael, I'm trying to be a CAM and a CDM and Iโ€™m trying to do a weakly training schedule for soccer that includes weight training, Plyometrics, isometrics, core workouts, soccer drills, and etc. Im just overwhelmed with information from the internet and don't know what to put or how to structure my workout schedule, so can you help me with this?
