  1. Muscle injuries also comes easier when you are late into a situation and are holding back. That's why Bruno never get's muscle injuries. He always goes in at 100% and are most often first into situations. It does'nt explain all muscle injuries in the squad but at least many of them. The physiological reason is that a player that hesitates in a challenge pulls the muscle both in the direction of the challenge and the opposite way at the same time. The muscle both extend and contract which creates an enourmous amount of tension on the muscles. Therefore it's a largely psycologial issue. Players hesitate, they are'nt fully commited to the situation or they are a split second to late. They are reacting instead of acting in a way. This comes down to intent, believe, confidence, concentration and also ability to read the game and forsee what is going to happen and position yourself and your body in the right way. The player that goes in with the most amount of power and intent in a physical situation of any sort, will mostly win the situation and will most often don't get ia muscle injury. Bruno is an example of that. Bailly for example is one of the exeptions to that rule that shows that there are other factors to it as well.
Beeing "injury prone" is both a physiological thing and a psyclogial thing and the both can be prevented to a certain extent.

  2. Thank you for talking and mentioning about us, Back in the PL after 22 years, Back to Back promotions. We're back in the Premier League! – UPPA TOWEN ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

  3. Talking about the last European spot and Newcastle don't get a mention, crazy, they're literally in the last European spot right now. Guess it's only salford united that matters to sky sports.

  4. As a Liverpool fan in the 2 seasons we lost out by 1 pt to City we done everything we possibly could, City were even 2nil down on the last day and still won it. You have to be almost perfect to take the title away from City these days. Arsenal haven't bottled anything, they have been fantastic since the turn of the year. I actually thought they could go and win the Champions League and finish 2nd like we did in 2019 but that didn't work out. But even if Arsenal do finish the season in 2nd place their fans should be proud of the football they have played. They are great to watch and have pushed City all the way. Let's hope a few more teams challenge City next season.

  5. We'll win our last games, but so will CITY.
When going up against this PEP team, to lose 5 games and then expect to pip them to the title, is a big-big ask.
That's how far they've raised the bar, we could get 89pts and still come 2nd, but LIV got 97pts and were only runners up!

  6. I donโ€™t understand why anyone is taking about arsenal winning the title? City have a game in hand , we should all be saying itโ€™s cityโ€™s title again (how boring) and arsenal need to pray city slip up

It isnโ€™t going to happen โ€ฆ

  7. It has been Man City's from the start. It's hard not to win with a squad that deep. The other clubs simply need to pull 5 more world class players out of thin air and get them to accept a minimum wage salary. Easy.

  8. Unfortunately if anyone is in danger of dropping points it's Arsenal. I think they've played the best football this year to be honest, would be nice to see someone else win it.

  9. The love being given to Ipswich is sickening. The media bias towards certain clubs is so obvious. They have to be given credit as theyโ€™ve done extremely well to get promoted but pretending they are some big club is just a joke. They havenโ€™t been relevant in over 40 years. Clubs like Swansea and Wigan have played more Prem football than Ipswich just to name a few.
