I think that sensor is used for tracking, because any type of cheating everyone knows is not allowed but this sensor allows blind people to sense through touch on a panel and that panel looks like a miniature football field having the 2 goalposts and the ball. the tracking sensor tracks the ball and controls all of the panels that blind people use to feel and touch because the FIFA made a opportunity for the blind and yk more after i told you this much (maybe this may not be the correct answer it like a 50-50 so you can look it out yourself too to totally prove it).
