He was not kicked out for trying to bring a winning mentality. He was kicked out for exposing a dressing-room issue to the media. He was supposed to drag the team inside the team and not drag the team before the media. The media can't help the team,why telling them? It is the manager and other leaders in the team that can help the team when you discuss with them. He threw his team under the bus by disclosing locker room discussion to the media. He is a fantastic player and I like the dude.
