  1. Please stop saying Brian Hartline, because he is a Buckeye and will be the next HC for the Buckeyes! Oregon is young and over ranked. Miami stinks. In short, the Buckeyes are the only stable team. I don’t get paid for this, but it is painfully obvious. I do enjoy your content. God bless.

  2. Everything you said about IU is spot on. We've lived the horror for many decades and its still surreal to us. Right now our mindset is 'enjoy it while it lasts' – there's no doubt Cig is a phenomenal coach, but this is all so new to B-town. Can we keep him? How will he {and the team} deal with the bright national lights? Time will tell, but yes, part of us is waiting for the pin to pop the balloon. 😄

My one current bench mark for our program is we'll still have to prove we can beat one of the top dogs from the SEC.

  3. If PSU poaches a G4 HC, that program should hire Franklin.
Hartline would be bad for both programs, he isn't ready to step up to HC yet.

  4. The guy to bring home is manny Diaz

I never wanted Cignetti really anyways because I had 0 belief he would leave really

Diaz had two of the most electric exciting and suffocating defenses ever drawn up in the Franklin era when he was at Penn State for 2022 and 2023

And considering how god awful our defense is this year, I feel he is the best overall choice for us

I’m done hiring Ohio State coordinators especially after how disastrous Jim Knowles has been

If Ohio State let him walk, or willingly let someone be picked up by someone else, there’s a good chance that it’s because Ryan Day knows something that we somehow don’t

    It’s a bad Omen

And Matt Ruhle, forget about it

Dude can’t even go 9-3 with unlimited resources at Nebraska, how would he be an upgrade over the guy we just fired at all

  5. Cignetti is the example of the right qb with the right coach and the right group of kids at the right time. You haven’t heard about him bc those things haven’t aligned previously. Hot name this year but three years from now may go back to obscurity. One thing for sure is he’s gonna get a lot of HCs raises.

  6. Is there anybody from the Kirk Ferentz coaching tree? He has done more with less than any other big ten coach. Look at the number of lesser talent, higher motor, better discipline former Iowa players are succeeding in the NFL. Combine that grit with Penn State talent pipeline and the sky is the limit.

  7. Why is nobody considering Matt Campbell? What he's done at Iowa State is remarkable. Penn State would give him a significant boost in resources and recruiting to build a program.

  8. Can we talk about the fact that Washington would be a Top 10 team if they were in the SEC?? I mean seriously their only loss is the #1 team in the country and they beat Washington St by 32 more points AWAY than Ole Miss did at HOME.

  9. This is why SOME of us said we don't believe in Penn St, BEFORE the season, they haven't done it…for whatever reason…when every outlet was telling us how great they were going to be…this year

  10. No way BH leaves for Penn State after Jim Knowels doing what he did last year. I would be absolutely shocked if he did. If so maybe it's after a very honest conversation with the rest of the OSU staff and players. Same way Luke Fickle did when he left as head coach at Cinci to go to Wisconsin. I think him leaving for Florida State would be more likely. As a Buckeye I would hate to lose him, but I would be happy for him if he got that opportunity. Even Penn State, but I just don't see him doing that to the program he loves so much.

  11. OU even being the 4th best defense is extraordinary considering what they were before BV. What’s even more extraordinary is our lack of ability to field a good D and good O at the same time.

  12. Manny if the kids buy into it, but I don't think any of your picks will make it, it will be a total surprise, and the coach will come cheap,

  13. Your logic about Indiana is flawed. Oregon isn’t even close to as good as they were last year, so saying Indiana did what OSU didn’t last year in Eugene makes zero sense.
