  1. Hell yeah…Clark Lea….why isn't he getting any respect in all of this. Look at what he's done at Vandy. They're no longer the SEC doormat. Pavia…yeah….he's helped… but that's not the full story. I would take Lea over Kiffin….all day everyday!!!

  2. Somehow the national media will have you guys thinking LSU's a better job than Florida when they fire their coaches after winning national titles and then hire a guy that was that a program that played in the playoffs multiple years in Brian Kelly and it fires him after a tin win season. Meanwhile Florida gives Billy Napier not a great coach but a good guy all the leeway in the world and some of those other coaches at least 3 to 4 years each. They both have similar resources floors obviously quadruple better in recruiting that Louisiana, and even with Florida State Miami and some other programs picking players away there is so much talent here when Florida wins they win big. Just look at LSU's record against Florida State… Yes another program in the state of Florida owns LSU too. National media optics are a bunch of crap. Florida is a much better brand overall, and they have proven to give their coaches probably too long. LSU mean while it takes a great coach from a great program The guy wins 10 games and then they fire him the next year and try to get out of not paying him…. Total embarrassing crap from that school out of Louisiana.

  3. Lane, Drinkwitz, Golesh would all suffice. If Stricklin strikes out on all 3 he should be fired. I’m still pissed he could’ve gotten Lane last year but stuck with Sun Belt Billy. I’m over all of this just tell me who the Head Coach will be!

  4. If Fisch wasnt a Gator grad no one would talk about him for the job. Hes not in consideration for any other big open job. He only gets mentioned with Florida because he went to school there. Same idiots that want Tim Tebow as the HC are talking about Fisch. Mentioning him is just lazy.

  5. UF doesn't need a "rebuild" coach. Of all of Billy Napier's faults, he did a great job with rebuilding culture, roster and facilities compared to the last dozen years, mainly Mullin that imploded everything, especially recruiting. UF needs an offensive minded executive leader. So you don't want a program rebuilder, you want a coach that can motivate and coach offense. Not sure who that is, but I am not Strickland, thank God.

  6. Some of this is so mind numbing. The reason stories like the Graham Hall story are “floating away” is because the national media’s hard-on for LSU is making any pro-Florida story float away. The media for whatever reason is cumming all over LSU and their Kiffin angle. Kiffin very well may choose LSU, but it’s still 50/50 or close to it. This idea that it’s 90/10 or 95/5 is just media made bullshit.
