Two things
Premiere money and stadiums
Something Italy lacks
In the prem there is every nationality because english coaches (except eddie howe) are garbage. There is a reason no english manager has won the prem ever
Serie A hands down.
Both are hard in there own way and thats the truth…. just because you run around for 90 minutes like a headless chicken doesn't mean the league is better… intelligent football serie A make the ball do the work use your brain
That guy never watched a serie A game in his life.
Lmfao the fact these clowns thing what makes the league difficult is the physical side, is pathetic. Serie a is far harder if you’ve never had to develop the rest of your game. Intelligence is harder to attain than physical ability
Serie A is cursed by Italian bureaucracy. It would easily beat EPL if teams had their own stadiums and make much more profit. If players had equal offers in terms of money most of them would prefer Italy. Just because country itself is more pleasant to live in and media is not as harsh as in England. Also English fans are the lamest in football Europe. And atmosphere on the stadiums is another reason for neutral fans to prefer Serie A. Bundesliga and Ligue 1 have great fans, but they don't have enough clubs with big historical names. Unfortunately, most of the Italian stadiums are simply awful so atmosphere doesn't feel that great.
Juventus legend 2 months ago Chilieni ; the premier league is the super league and Serie A can't compare right now
Neither the EPL nor the current Serie A comes close to the Serie A I grew up watching in the 80s to early 2000s. That was the greatest league ever. Too bad the Calciopoli, bureaucracy and financial crisis, poor ownerships etc killed it. Back then, probably more football fans cared who would win the Serie A than going to win the European Cup/ UCL and it's not even exaggerated
Serie A
I watch both leagues and for me I vote Serie A.
As the paulo fonseca said, its easier in the UCL than in the serie A. In serie A the teams play hard on man to man. No place to breathe. Its almost like they're playing to defend to their skins rather than attack openely and rely more on counters. Makes it a difficult league to win because your opponents dont come to win at all, they just come to defend and counter. In EPL even the 20th placed team plays full on offensive with desire to win against the table toppers
both are good.. 2011 to 2020 it was epl . since2021 its serie a..
but epl has great infrastructure .
Premier is just a richer league.
Serie A got passionate fans, atmosphere inside the stadium and lots of history.
Stadiums are older but have soul, English stadiums are theatres, nothing more.
Except the physicality of PL, Italian football is still far ahead with tactics and technical skills….
The Economical difference between PL and Serie A teams is a lot, the difference of quality between teams there is but way less than how it should be. That's because italian directory and managers are better, a lot better. They compete hard with teams with double economics entrances
PL is a better league, better players because the best 3 italian teams made 400-450mln every year from economical standpoint, in PL 10 teams averages more than that, 3-4 teams are above 800mln at year.. Different economical standards, Serie A is way difficult to play because of tactics, in PL every team plays open, so the rhythm is way faster, one team attacks now, then the other team on the other side, in serie A the weak team defend all in his half court, the rhythm is slower. But for the forwards making goals is harder, look at Salah in Rome 10-12 goals, in Liverpool 25-30 goals..
Look at top 8 in champions league, 3 Italian teams …
Nottingham is the Atalanta… you should fire him just for saying that. Atalanta won the last Europa League and he can ask to Pep-Ancellotti-Klopp their thoughts on how Atalanta perform in the last 3 years.. in and out of the pitch..
Give serie A the money prem got, and there wouldn't even be a debate. In terms of pure football, its miles ahead, prem just got the better athletes.
Until 5 years ago: PL
Now: Seria A
Come si infastidiscono i popoli nordici quando noi terroncelli facciamo qualcosa meglio di loro…..
An EPL team tops the ucl table. Argue with your phone
this tanned fella is clueless
I think the viewer meant harder to win, which Serie A is miles harder right now.
Bro I've been watching both leagues since I was a kid, I like serie A more than EPL but EPL is a great league. Serie A is becoming more tactical and harder league nowadays I think. If the league stadium development s finished I hope the league will be more attractive than the premier League in the future 😊😊
SerieA all the way. Epl is all about money and media, not the actual game.
Well done guys
Its funny how triggered the brits get when people don't automatically say they are the best league in the world. Everytime….
I dont think Nigel Reo-Coker watches Serie A probably only watches big games
Salah was average in Serie A but did well in Liverpool because of the pace aspect
Premier League is better to watch, but not harder…Serie A is harder than the premier league, it's easier to score when everyone sprints forward, scoring against teams that play a low block way harder
Personally I don't see Premier League so superior now, in the last few years Serie A has largely eliminated the gap, the results in Europe of all italian teams demonstrate this and I expect this pace to continue, Inter, Atalanta or another Italian team will soon win the Champions League or anyway fight with good result until the end
La liga is better than both
There are more italian teams in the 8 in the champions league
