When Players Just Have That CONNECTION ๐Ÿค

Chris Wood didn’t even have to look, he just knew Elliot Anderson was going to find him with a through-ball!

  1. Comments about longevity below are missing the mental aspect. Pro football, especially training, is extremely monotonous and repetitive. A lot of players who decline later in their careers just have mentally had it with the 90% of the game that is mundane and mind-numbing….especially those who were prodigees and put a ton of hard pro-level miles on in their teens. Guys like Chris Wood probably just love every minute of it and continue to train 110% into their 30s. If you rest well, eat right, have good natural physiology and escape serious injury…you still have to mentally love/handle the repetitive, mundane aspects of the game.
