Rectifica la condimentación y muele levemente las papas con el zapallo de manera irregular (no molido completamente). Sirve en platos y disfruta con un pequeño toque de aceite de oliva y una fresca ensalada de tomates. Paso 3 3. Finalmente ya puedes disfrutar de tu Charquicán, rinde para 5 porciones.
