  1. Hello 👋🏻 sprinter / coach here.
Adama Traore would be an excellent 100m sprinter. He's too small for American Football (yeah he's big for world football, but footballers are quite small in comparison to US sports) .
    – Traore isn't too big for track
    – Noah Lyles ain't wham, he's relatively small.
    – Yohan Blake and Ferdinand Omanyala look like Traore and both run sub 10.
    ✌🏻

  2. VVD isn't the best centre back in premier league history, just because of finishing 2nd in the ballon dor. He's not even the best Dutch centre back in premier league history, never mind the best period. There's a few that are 100% ahead of him. Stam, Vidic, Terry and Rio are definitely ahead of VVD. The highest I'd put VVD is fifth. He doesn't go a single spot higher. Stam was in England for 3 years and won the league, for all three years. Won the treble in his first season and it's the only footballer, that Sir Alex regrets selling. VVD is incredible, but not on the same level as the four players I mentioned above. One Premier League title isn't enough and he's lost and conceded more than the other four names. Ratio is not on their level. You know what? He's not even better than Tony Adams actually. So he wouldn't even genuinely get into the top 5

  3. That guy said he wants Jose Mourinho back in the Premier League because Jose is funny in press conference?! 🤦‍♂️ I bet the guy is a Liverpool fan from the depths of London.

  4. 1. Rio Ferdinand
    2. John Terry
    3. Nemanja Vidic
    4. Tony Adams
    5. Jaap Stam
    6. Sol Campbell
    7. Vincent Kompany
    8. Ricardo Carvalho
    9. Virgil Van Dijk
    10. Gary Pallister

  5. Interms of quality VVD def. the best. Just unlucky he played in an era of Pep. Should move to Real Madrid or Barca after he's contract expires. Rudiger isn't good enough for Real, and Barca doesnt have a worldclass defender who are also good on the ball. He will probably recognised more after he retires. And why legends so overrated. I saw John Terry in he's prime, he was good, but he wasn't a phenomenon like VVD. VVD play with Konate who isn't good enough at all, and Trent who like really bad at defence. And Matip were always injured.
