  1. As long as there is someone who is not that retarded & has good crossing technique then Zlatan should keep scoring in any league (even against teams that can defend properly). It's obvious that none of the MLS teams play with dutch triangles & fluid movement (Zlatan played shitty football in Sweden so he definitely doesn't need those things ie: he can easily receive the long ball & is deadly when a well timed accurate cross is played but he is not very fast)… if they are able to sit back well organized then that will still be considered football. When a team plays fluid possession football &/or has good defensive shape then the actual footballers (not just fast &/or quick… fitness & able to make a proper pass is the basic minimum… it's safer to put on muscle mass if you are not playing with dutch triangles & fluid movement) will do even better. Very few active investment managers pick stocks out well enough (they will need to know enough about football if they are to select football players for a specific tactical system… most of the top coaches/manager/scouts are not in the MLS, still the MLS coaches/managers must be relatively very good). If a team sits back in a compact defensive unit then they should still do well "if they have talent" (even teams with very top managers & lots of $$$ are unable to play possession football well but most pro teams should be able to get into a good defensive structure/formation). If teams in the US & UK are able to play football tactically (possession &/or defense ie: not just chasing a ball up & down a pitch) then they should have enough talent to realistically have a chance at winning something considered important in football… Even if the LA Galaxy are able to cross properly to Zlatan they will still need to not concede too many goals [against all the teams not just the relatively shitty ones, maybe then they might win the world-series/super-bowl or wtv it's called in the MLS… Zlatan will make $$$ (will also be paying less taxes than in Europe & he will not be breathing heavily polluted air) either way but his ego will feel better].

  2. Zlatan is 36. Thats old. I dont care what his name is and youll say because he is Zlatan. There are plenty of reasons he didnt start at Manchester United. This is a retirement league move. All MLS big moves are of old guys exception of Beckham and maybe Henry because they were there for a couple seasons.Youll say im wrong but you know its the truth and it hurts. Btw Zlatan one guy at a barbcue who takes a bite of everybodys ribs at the barbacue. Im not an MLS hater, far from it. Go to almost every Fire and very avid fan. Susannah Collins cant criticize the league especially at all and the Fire.

  3. This is hilarious to watch as a life long Zlatan fan who saw a glimpse of him at Malmö FF in Sweden 17 years ago. He's conquered Europe and even though he's at the last stretch of his career, I think he'll produce in LA Galaxy and the MLS has quite a personality now for PR and to gain interest to the MLS.

  4. Zlatan will kill it. And he will do the impossible: make the United States catch soccer Zlatan fever, you just wait… How long before they have him on the late night shows and he becomes a household name? I can't wait for this to start.

  5. this dude is a beast!!! zlatan scored 220 goals before 30…. after 30 in 6 yrs hes scored 250 goals lol hes like fine wine he gets better with age. watch how he smashes the mls lol

  6. Maybe they'll go with two strikers flanked by Alessandrini and GDS, with Zlatan dropping, taking long shots and doing whatever else he wants, Kamara trying to stay out of his way?

  7. I've been folowing him since he came to Amsterdam and played for Ajax.
After Ajax he played for a lot of huge clubs; Juve, Inter, Barca, Milan, PSG and United and won a lot of trophy's.
Legendary player and i will wake up midnight to watch a lot of LA Galaxy games.

  8. When she talked about Mls and the retirement league she didnt prove anything or give answers. Ibra is 36. MLS is and hurts to say this becoming a retirement league.

  9. bringing agile big men to the forward position ought to be the most important development goal for the US. it will force us to develop stronger big players in the back, in order to guard against them. we need to start trying to inculcate european style tactics in American clubs more than south american style, so we dont find our USMNT IN THE SAME DAMN SPOT 4 to 8 years from now. scout and find the big men (the real rare gems of the game) and develop them into fitting roles. we will always have a surplus of fast and agile South Am talent to complement any slower big guys. the MLS and the US are the hungriest in the world for football success (no debating that); and we have to pay dues to the dirt and show just how much we want it.
