  1. You're just speaking for the UK.

    There are court decisions in Germany that players have the right to practice with the first team. You aren't even allowed to send them to the U21 for practice because it can't replicate the intensity of first team practice.
    Players here just practice for themself when they're waiting for a transfer and they won't risk an injury practicing with the team. But then it's ok and in the interest of the player to practice alone.

    Other countries handle it different to the UK and you can exclude players completely from practicing at club facilities. Or clubs just do it to be exact because no player there dared to sue.

    Turkey is notorious for this and Hugo Ekitike was banned from club facilities at PSG for half a year before moving to Frankfurt.
