Jamie Carragher summed it up, they were only good cause of Alex Fergusson. Any player at the time under him would have been successful, what have they achieved on their own. Nothing, and that's why their in studios doing punditry work instead of being successful coaches etc. Fergusson himself has said he only ever had 4 world class players: Ronald, Cantona, Giggs and Scholes.
