For any management students this is a gr8 example of how a good manager can defuse external scrutiny and criticism oh their team. There will be a post-mortem on the practice field and some people will receive harsh critique but that will happen out of the media spotlight and be delivered to extract performance, not assign blame.

Klopp should review the 4-3-3 squad as more or less the same players played the games for 3 seasons already.
If the club do not have fund to buy new players, he can bring the fresh ingredient by changing the form or truly rotating squad with the existing players, like Shaqiri for the games.

Klopp praises opponent only when he wins a tough match, if LFC had lost that game against Leeds , Klopp's statement would have been different.
