I have been coaching soccer for 50 years and learned a lot about team building. In parallel, I have led the buildout of the Association for Retail Technology Standards set of standards. They cover somewhere between 80 and 90% of retail and they look into the future.
What I’ve just realized is they overlap – team building and retail technology are two sides of the same coin.
