tbh fifa ratings most of the time are based on being famous like playing for good club and have insane highlights (biased), you can see what i mean in brazilian mixecan…etc players they have very low ratings and some of them maybe are not in the game but the moment they join big teams their ratings gets insanely increased as if they got better when they join. also there are a lot of false ratings for big names for example how in the world did harry maguire get 80 in 2024, he should be (-10) at max but its fifa so no comment on that
