One thing I would say is Pochetino is the ultimate Man Manager. These players must love him for always defending them no matter how badly they do. Does this method work for teams that want to win anything? I dont know
Arteta has worked with these players for 4 seasons and are his own players. Whilst Poch has no say nor had any say in the current players who were assembled by a non footballing man. The results are not shocking at all if you analyse the whole situation.
