  1. Time is indeed fast, I still remember the time I cheered for him during his early 20s, now he is almost 40 and became manager already, I also have gone from kindergarten in Vietnam to University in Germany 😂

  2. Update Wayne Rooney has left Derby he could have been a legend but like Frank for some unknown reason he has left which is a shame as Derby will rise again and come back stronger.

  3. For those old enough to remember, Rooney is beginning to resemble James Robertson Justice. I keep thinking he might suddenly break out with "you're a complete nincompoop and blithering idiot".

  4. Carragher holding in the laughter at the start of this 🤣 😂 can't help but think of that guy that that does impressions of Rooney. Its my ambition to manage Everton and they offered me an interview and I turned it down 😄 🤣

  5. I like seeing rooney on punditry, i know he's not quite as smooth a talker as others yet, but with more experience and the insight he has from a prem-defining career i think he could be such a good voice to have in the studio

  6. I'd love Rooney at United street smart so he knows what's going on in every part of the club and won't any away from anything, yeah ollie was there before but he was a top player week in week out and Ollie was mainly a sub he knows what it's like to really fight for the club not come on in the 80th full energy he's there in the 95th from min 1 up until he was 32 it's just fitting and can't see anyone else for the job really tell me in wrong Jamie?

  7. One black mark against SAF is he left no managerial legacy his disciples are horrendous managers. I'm sure unfairly Rooney will get the opportunity to manager utd cus of his Playing name, not his managerial record. Same happened with Lampard even Gerrard with Liverpool

  8. Just because one has been a great player doesn't mean will make a great manager… I doubt Rooney's reasoning that shows the typical English biasness we are all accustomed to. Very cheap! That's why I'll always love Roy Keane coz of Honesty from his core.

  9. Rooney is a legend.. i think he needs to work a little bit on his charisma. He doesnt talk as confidently as he played, he says erm before and after after every sentence. Something to work on for him

  10. Hate to say it as Derby are our closest rivals, but Wazza's done a fantastic job under those circumstances at Derby.
He deffo deserves the respect from the footballing world 💯👊
