Go and watch – How not to get nervous before game – but what you really need is Mental Mastery For Soccer Players – you can find that in the PROGRAM SHOP on my site.
You need to pass more accurately. And quicker. Just practice when your warming up and on your own against a wall. Pass the ball harder and more accurate. Watch the pros. They whip every pass unless it's a weighted ball into space.

hey dylan, whenever i pass the ball it is always trapped by the defenders of opposite team. It feels like i'm not doing it fast and cleverly. please help me.although i can pass easily.
iv'e got the same problem but i got sometimes really weird feellings.When i se someone plays bad i also play bad i don't know why.But when i see someone is good i first be impressed in my self.I think he will down me easy but when we play I beat him most of the time.
