Rules says if the offside player interferes with the keeper no matter if the goal was scored by a player onside that goal gets ruled out and this was one of them

He's slightly pushing him in the back clearly trying to impact the play. You can say "oh, well it's not enough," but the Leipzig player is just a moron. If he were a meter behind the keeper, the goal would have counted
