Ok, it's 55 years since I played football. If somebody kicked the ball at your hand from 2-3 m away it was never a penalty, unless you moved your arm to intercept it. What they give penalties for these days jut looks absurd to me. You just can't effin' get your arm out of the way if the ball is kicked at you from that distance.Just absurd.
