  1. Back at it again with the old training videos! Here's a quick and simple one. Remember, it doesn't always have to be complex or really advanced. Often times, simple training exercises can be the most effective!

  2. Most effective is first ( 0-1:35 min ) but if you need real effectiveness do it a little bit faster, also you can use sole for receiving and toe for passing ( it's most reliable and fastest technical way in tight space )

  3. I use a variation of that first exercise quite a bit. I call it “first touch series” & have the players perform the first touch across with the inside, outside, and sole roll. Great stuff!
