Back at it again with the old training videos! Here's a quick and simple one. Remember, it doesn't always have to be complex or really advanced. Often times, simple training exercises can be the most effective!
Love these videos but damn coach, missing the old videos..
Most effective is first ( 0-1:35 min ) but if you need real effectiveness do it a little bit faster, also you can use sole for receiving and toe for passing ( it's most reliable and fastest technical way in tight space )
I use a variation of that first exercise quite a bit. I call it “first touch series” & have the players perform the first touch across with the inside, outside, and sole roll. Great stuff!
