1st goal goalkeeper reaction was totally low. Columbian player hit directly towards gate defender, was enough just a little bit jump even without raising his hands, bur goalkeeper raised hands when the ball already passed over his head. For some reason, he feels very inhibited.
Well done both teams. Uzbekistan missed a goal on the right side at 89.55 . One pass one kick 90% goal but it was missed . Actually the draw was missed .
This performance is underrated It made my day better.
Uzbek's defense didn't give the protection to their keeper that he deseerved. 5 attackers vs. 2 defenders on Colombia's 2nd goal.
J. Arias committed an intentional handball you can see with slow motion during the replay at 92:06, and he was subbed out at 92:48, less than a minute later. He brings his arm through between the Uzbek player's arm and body, and the ball goes up off the forearm, rather than the downward or horizontal rebound you would expect if it had hit the Uzbek's arm or body. Unfortunate that VAR didn't catch this; the remark about the Colombian technical section going wild about a potential handball against Uzbekistan was ironic. A penalty in Uzbekistan's favor would have led to a probable tie, given the buoying effect of a second goal for them and the depressing effect on the Colombian team.
