USMNT dominates Panama, 6-2, as Gio Reyna, other young prospects shine | FOX SOCCER HIGHLIGHTS

Panama got on the board first, but the United States Men’s National Team answered quickly, scoring three goals in quick succession in the first half. With the lead narrowed to just 3-2 late in the second half, the USMNT once again scored a trio of goals in a flurry on their way to a dominant 6-2 win. Gio Reyna scored his first USMNT goal and became the third-youngest player ever to score a goal for the USMNT. Nicholas Gioacchini added two goals as did Sebastian Soto, who entered the game as a sub. Sebastian Lletget also added a second-half goal.

  1. Why did Michael Bradley get so much hate lmao. He was the best we had at the time, and you have to admit, he wasn't that bad. Sure, it's time to move forward now, he's been past his prime for a while.

  2. With the talent we have and a little less pressure they might surprise us in the next two world cups. I need to see more from berhalter though as a manager. I don’t see us playing as well as we did under klinnsman.

  3. USA is the country wherre I was born (very proud of it ), and Panama , my parent's homeland. without taking away USA's team quality. Panama's coach was experiencing with new players, including the Goalie, that demonstrated that the National team role is too heavy for him. USA has a powerful team, but the different on Panamanian's level is not 6-2. This is a new process with a new coach, moving players here and there to make conclusions and to place players in the right position. USA is a good team, but a dismantled Panamanian team made it look better. I do not say that Panama will beat USA when they meet again, but it will not be a 6-2 score game. Congrats, USA , for the win….. Blessings.

  4. Glad to see it. They weren’t heading it above and beyond or straight to the goalie. They had good Soccer headers which is why so many went in. European based players has always been the way to go, glad the Federation, Announcers, and Analysts are finally seeing that, the very thing I suggested years ago (in 2012 when we got Klinsmann)
Glad to see the MLS All Stars getting outshined by teenagers playing in Europe. Hopefully this means the Federation has learned its lesson.

  5. 0-0 vs Wales and 3-2 with 10 minutes left against Panama. It's a starting place I guess. I have dreams of the USA getting to a world cup final four some day. Hope this team develops and gels.

  6. Opinion question, is Pulisic the biggest concern right now for the U.S? Or let me rephrase, should we be concerned for the future of Pulisic, several injuries since his arrival to Chelsea, is this a common barrier that will be eventually surpassed?
