Change the rules that the shyt year Gold Cup matters while Mexico had their A team in the Confederations Cup 2013.
Mexico CANT invite A or B team players because their Club teams won't allow the players to attend 2 tournaments in one month.
Now the better team that made it to the Confederations Cup gets punished because another team can't win the Gold Cup on skill alone.
Just watch….if by some miracle the USA get back to the Confederations Cup….rules will be changed back.
