This country boy…smh. Yes, congratulations USA you advanced out of the group. I am thrilled as a fellow American. Pulisic's goal was needed and should be celebrated. However, I must admit I am disappointed for the lack of sufficient coverage of the efforts made by the African Americans on this team. Tim Weah's goal is what setup the team to be in this position. Where is his Acknowledgements? There is barely a blip on the networks about him, especially on Fox outlets. His goal is constantly being referred to as the US teams goal and not Tim Weah's goal. There are constant coverage of the white players but barely of the others. Musa played his heart out and nothing has been said. Now Pulisic is being called Capt. America… You the networks have a responsibility, Do Better! We are all Americans. It should be a concern when other nations view us as hypocrites. We highlight everything wrong in other nations but ignore the disparate treatment of minorities in our own country. Do Better, we are all humans.There should be equity across the board. I will continue to pray for the continued success of the USA men's national football team at the world cup.
