No wonder why it s called Group "D". That s 3 potential finalists. Spain got the easiest way.
People saying that group B is a "group of death" are mixing women and men football up. Belgium, Portugal and Italy are not women football powerhouses, the highest ranked of those 3 goes 13th in the FIFA rankings and have not done anything of note in any major tournament. Spain has a fairly clear road to the semis (they would cross against group A in quarterfinals)

The group D is on 🔥. I was expecting Switzerland to get an easier group. It is not a group of current powerhouses but it is not a piece of cake either. Poland and Wales will make their maiden participation and they were drawn in tough groups.

Group A is all the "easy teams" that should've been spread out. Group B was a free handout for Spain. Group C is basically just germany and Sweden. Group D will be a tooth and nail fight except for Wales. This is quite possibly one of the worst draws I have ever seen.
