I concur with the categorization.. the first, second and third tier. The teams are well fitted base strictly on current form. If the world champion emerges from Europe ..it's gonna definitely be from the first category.. nothing like under dog(s) here.
I too have the same three favourites because they are strong at the moment: Spain, France, and Portugal but it pains me to put Spain on top. They are strong but when in difficulty I saw a few players cheating in their club and in their national team and Lamine is a thug really. Nobody talked about that.
I would have wanted to add England but Tuchel might not be right for them. Croatia will want to come and do business.
