It's actually quiet good and more fair than before because now for a team to top its group it will do it through a group of 8 instead of 4… I always used to say that some teams get easy groups and suddenly find themselves in the final despite not being one of the best 5 inform teams in Europe like Dortmund last season that final should've been between City and Real because city wouldve beaten Dortmund easily in a two leg semi final instead they go head to head with the ultimate winner which is not right because in worst scenarios city comes 2nd best or even better because u would never know what would've happened between city and real in that final!! They should make changes evey now and then so that winners are those who has the highest number of points which means the perfect CL for me would require all teams in the competition meet each other then create round of 16 so on so forth
