this is a dig at Henry, it is so CRINGE to see him tell players he is the "boss" or to call him "coach or boss." that respect is earned, you demanding it every time is plain and simple BEGGING to be called that. Henry needs to realize he is not Sir Alex, or Pep, or Ancelotti, who ESTABLISHED players, and have earned for past players and present to call them Boss for the ACCOLADES they earned. Henry was their coach in the past, but does not have any pedigree, hasn't won anything at the level of the 3 mentioned prior.
Just because he coached them, or gave them advice as players, does not make him the "boss." That is like Gary Neville talking to Ex-Valencia players or current players and asking them to call them boss just because he managed them in the past. It just does not work that way.
So cringe. You are a legend mate, let them respect you in their own way, instead of demanding/begging for it.
