President Donald Trump was in attendance for the World Cup Final between Argentina and Spain on July 19, where he was received with boos during the postgame trophy presentation ceremony.
Trump walked onto the field to present the World Cup trophy to winners Spain alongside FIFA president Gianni Infantino following the match. The crowd booed both men.

If the U.S. had reached the World Cup final and one of their players got a red card, Trump would’ve probably phoned the ref to overturn it. Failing that, he’d have checked himself into the game and bagged a hat-trick.
