  1. Good stuff! I am currently dealing with a right knee issue. Over extended while shooting one day and ever since it gets swollen constantly ( because I’ve been getting back to 100 to quick) so now I’m taking it slow and smart

  2. Recently came out of a knee injury..
    Ligaments got weird…
    Do you have any sort of plan or idea in witch i could get myself back faster or just a little bit more quicker
