  1. Practicing chest trap would be useful. Controlling that ball that is waist to head height. Drills that need a buddy to serve the ball are ok. It’s something I notice the pros are so solid with compared to lower level players. The speed with which they control a long cross field ball before an opponent can close. And for forwards, how they can chest a high ball with them while moving toward goal, preparing for shot, and still avoiding defenders. I need to develop those skills.

  3. Love it! This is Coach Javi at his best!! Great tips as you were going through the drills. It would be good to see which positions on the field could use which moves. So, practice (1v1) moves specific to a position. Keep sending em, Mate!

  4. Maybe you have showed this before but can you show right time to tackle and defender tips? Great video these exercises help to control and pass the ball better thanks!
