Omg I’ve been watching some of your videos about training for goalies yesterday I got called up to play U18 rep and I was the goalie (I play house leauge I’m moving up to rep in October) whenever I got there I saw someone who was on my school team which helped with nerves I played my butt of to keep my team from losing unfortunately we lost 1-0 but I saved a penalty that was going bottom right corner I saved it and I saved so many others I always have struggled with diving but I noticed yesterday I didn’t even care about diving or not. I did it now my legs are cut up and stuff but they didn’t hurt the way I thought they would, thank you so so much for helping me be able to see what it is like to play like a pro when watching your videos I study them to try to put those actions into games and practices. Thank you so much!
Can you please make a video about a good diet for a young athlete training to become a soccer player? I just don’t know what’s good to eat and what’s not!💗
Plank doesn’t really do much. You kneed movement for optimal growth. Planking will make a difference, but not nearly as much as stuff with movement.
